Cheap Fuel in Shropshire

Why We Do This

We built this page for the people of Shropshire — to make the cheapest fuel easy to find. With about 528,407 people living in Shropshire, even 20% of them saving 1p a litre would keep about £744,000 a year in local pockets — and at 5p a litre, about £3.7 million.

We all have times when we need to save a little on one thing to afford something else. If we can help you pay less for fuel, so more goes on your family, your friends and yourself, we've done what we set out to do.

Use our fuel calculator to see whether a cheaper forecourt is worth the drive.

Based on: population 528,407 (ONS, mid-2024; summed from its councils; via citypopulation.de); 6,200 miles a year for an average petrol car (DfT National Travel Survey 2024, NTS0901); 40 mpg (our assumption) = about 704 litres a year each. Figures rounded down.
