Cheap Fuel in Norfolk

Why We Do This

A few pence a litre doesn't sound much — until you see what it adds up to across Norfolk. With about 940,359 people living in Norfolk, even 10% of them saving 1p a litre would keep about £662,000 a year in local pockets — and at 5p a litre, about £3.3 million.

If saving a few pence a litre means a little more for the things you need, that's a good day's work for us.

Keeping your tyres at the right pressure and easing off the speed both save fuel — see our hints and tips.

Based on: population 940,359 (ONS, mid-2024; summed from its councils; via citypopulation.de); 6,200 miles a year for an average petrol car (DfT National Travel Survey 2024, NTS0901); 40 mpg (our assumption) = about 704 litres a year each. Figures rounded down.
